Timothy Faff
Managing Partner Tim Faff is a third generation builder with 19 years of experience in the business.
After an apprenticeship with a historic restoration company, Faff went to work for one of the top custom home builders in the country. In 2012, he co-founded Precision Contractors to fill a need for high-end builders with efficient project managers. From seeing a new set of plans, making the final touches just right, and ensuring all expectations have been met, Faff’s passion lies in overseeing every aspect of the job.
Pete Ainsworth
Managing Partner Pete Ainsworth had four decades of experience in the construction industry.
Ainsworth’s passion for construction started in high school when he began framing houses and doing exterior trim and roofing. 30 years later, he co-founded Precision Contractors to bring qualified people to the high-end custom home industry. Ainsworth not only enjoys the variety of unique projects they encounter, but always producing an unparalleled product.
